Page Studio Graphics License Information

PIXYMBOLS LICENSE AGREEMENT

The enclosed computer program is licensed, not sold, to you for use on a single printer or other output device. This license grants you a non-exclusive right to use the software in the package as follows:

Operate the software on one printer at a time, and up to five CPUs.

Make one back-up copy of the software, which is for archival purposes only, and which automatically becomes the property of Page Studio Graphics.

The software is owned by Page Studio Graphics and is protected by United States and International copyright laws and international trade provisions. There is no transfer to the purchaser of the package of any title to or ownership of the software, nor of other proprietary rights related to the software. The original purchaser of the package may not copy or distribute copies of the software or documentation to others, nor sub-license, sell, rent or lease any portion of the software. One back-up copy of the software is permitted, as described above.

MULTI-USER DISCOUNTS

Example: To license a font for 40 CPUs, priced at $25.00, you add $25.00 (standard price for up to 5 users) plus 35 times $2.00 (price per CPU at this level), for a total of $95.00.

Other licenses (such as multi-location, or incorporation in licensees own software package, etc.) are negotiable.

RETURN POLICY (NOTE: Resellers may offer different arrangements)

Page Studio Graphics warrants that the original font(s) provided is not defective and was properly recorded. This warranty is for a period of 30 days from the date of our shipment, during which period defective fonts will be replaced at no charge. Page Studio Graphics makes no other warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is replacement of the font.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
